Development workflows were streamlined by creating a bespoke component library and a custom CSS icon library, saving the team valuable time. I also facilitated agile ceremonies like sprint planning and daily stand-ups, ensuring clear priorities and effective collaboration.

As we progressed, I improved the platform's content and SEO, helping it rank better while integrating Google Analytics for actionable insights. Deployment was handled using DigitalOcean droplets and an Apache server, ensuring a smooth and scalable launch.
